Absolutely I have made assumptions. It would be impossible to ever know or predict what either of them are thinking. This was written in a journal style and was just an outpouring of emotion that I felt after the evening…I think your points are absolutely valid and I’m really glad you made them actually as I hadn’t considered them before.
