Oh I totally agree. I was not covered either by my healthcare. And that meant scraping the barrel of my savings, a pot that I’ve never had the opportunity to build back up. the majority in there were the same as due to the location there were few Americans there and they tend to be the ones who will have insurance that covers it. I’m lucky that I had 30K of savings as if I hadn’t I’d be dead. There are no two ways about it.
