… day one of therapy — my therapist called it right away that’s how common love addiction is sadly — was Facing Love Addiction by Pia Mellody, et. al. This book served as a toolkit to discover, conquer, and rewrite my addictive behaviors. (I’m not making any money for telling you about it; it’s just that awesome.)
